- Develop and implement strategic medium/long-term commercial plans, brand plans, and financial budgets for all channels in Korea.
- Create consumer demand and offer tailor-made business advice to meet consumer needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, sales channels, and Route-To-Market strategies.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to measure business metrics and sales team performance.
- Lead Customer Marketing and collaborate with Brand Marketing for effective channel and brand activations.
- Monitor profit, margin, pricing, and other business metrics in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
- Enhance sales efficiency by strengthening commercial team capabilities and designing an optimal organizational structure.
- Instill a customer-focused mindset within the team to offer creative and customized solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and local regulations.
- Develop e-business strategy to achieve brand communication and commercial objectives.
- Manage strategic promotional activations and develop initiatives aligned with brand strategies.
- Relevant sales and commercial leadership experience in complex, multicultural business environments.
- Industry experience in FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of business achievement and team leadership.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competition.
- Ability to lead continuous improvements and strengthen team agility.
- Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
