- Support the development of the on-trade commercial strategy and lead the portfolio-wide trade marketing function.
- Coordinate channel needs as a liaison between Brand and On-Trade Sales.
- Deliver cross-portfolio activations, including POSM dissemination and Maison visits.
- Utilize data tools to create reports and analyses to inform business decisions.
- Recommend action plans based on channel analysis to improve performance.
- Review commercial strategies for each channel, including assortment and segmentation.
- Ensure the availability of customer-facing materials to support Sales objectives.
- Lead the implementation of sales team tools with a focus on digitalization.
- Manage the Commercial Development Assistant and Account Management intern.
- Lead Trade Marketing Managers in planning and executing trade marketing programs.
- Leverage trade knowledge to inform marketing strategies and develop brand plans.
- Significant experience in on-trade sales and trade marketing.
- Knowledge of the UK on-trade, including Nationals, Stadia, and RTM.
- Understanding of Moët Hennessy's matrix structure and Maisons.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Wine and spirits knowledge is advantageous.
- Proven time and project management skills.
- Strategic thinking with commercial astuteness.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with a focus on on-trade sales and trade marketing.
