- Enhance sales efficiency by qualitatively assessing Key and Core trade partners' performance in collaboration with Commercial Planning.
- Analyze ROI of A&P/FTT investments and optimize sales strategies.
- Review and support data-driven decisions using systems like Aspire and PowerBI.
- Assist Account Managers in quarterly analysis of distribution objectives and suggest improvements.
- Develop channel-specific content for RTM/Nationals and Sponsorships & Partnerships.
- Disseminate Consumer Insights market trends and contextualize information for sales arguments.
- Create effective commercial content and tools such as sales decks and whitepapers.
- Communicate trade challenges to Brand teams for resource optimization.
- Design and implement training for sales speech and insight-led conversations.
- Organize trade Maison experiences and coordinate key event attendance.
- Coordinate POSM dissemination and portfolio activations with Brand and Sales.
- Support Senior Commercial Development Manager in various tasks.
- Manage ordering and delivery of Coravin and Verre de Vins Systems.
- Assist On & Off Trade Sales Directors with organizational duties.
- Lead scheduling and agenda creation for OTM and OFTM meetings.
- Facilitate key business meetings throughout the year.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate theory into actionable results
- High level of innovation and ability to translate team intelligence into outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Aspire, Qliksense, PowerBI, Anaplan, and MH software tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project planning and management expertise
- High computer literacy in MS Office
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within the wines & spirits or luxury goods industry.
