1. Define and execute the North Asia Supply Chain strategy in alignment with Moët Hennessy’s regional and global vision.
2. Collaborate with regional and Maison stakeholders to translate brand ambitions into actionable Supply Chain strategies.
3. Utilize data-driven insights for supply reliability amidst market volatility and regulatory changes.
4. Cultivate partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Global Supply Chain to optimize demand and route-to-market strategies.
5. Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
6. Oversee end-to-end market replenishment, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure premium service.
7. Accelerate the adoption of next-generation technologies for sustainable supply chains.
8. Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply disruption and regulatory changes.
9. Build and empower a high-performing, multicultural team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in regional or multi-market supply chain roles.
3. Proven success in managing complex, multi-country operations.
4. Expertise in demand and supply planning, logistics operations, and 3PL management.
