- Lead the implementation of Pillar 2 of the Living Soils Living Together program.
- Support the development and execution of climate strategies across Moët Hennessy's entities, aligning with the 1.5°C Climate Trajectory approved by the Science-Based Target Initiative.
- Facilitate the deployment of the regenerative agriculture and biodiversity roadmap.
- Monitor Moët Hennessy's carbon footprint evolution, incorporating new methodologies and emission factor changes.
- Assist in calculating carbon footprints and defining action plans for various organizational entities.
- Oversee the 1.5°C trajectory by consolidating roadmaps and external stakeholder commitments.
- Aid in the establishment of a digital platform for carbon data management and action plan monitoring.
- Contribute to climate competency development through training initiatives.
- Lead the Energy Working Group to achieve energy sobriety and decarbonization goals.
- Track and communicate energy performance and decarbonization progress.
- Coordinate the EcoDesign task force, developing quantitative objectives for packaging and POSM.
- Support the deployment of decision-making tools and simple LCA tools.
- Define EcoDesign golden rules and assist in stakeholder training.
- Monitor glass bottle reuse/recycling initiatives and explore waste valorization solutions.
- Document regenerative practices in MH vineyards and centralize biodiversity projects.
- Strengthen Moët Hennessy's water strategy in collaboration with partners.
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Agri/Agro Engineering
