- Monitor the carbon footprint evolution of Moët Hennessy, incorporating new methodologies and emission factor changes.
- Support carbon footprint calculations and action plan definitions within various organizational entities.
- Lead the 1.5°C trajectory by consolidating roadmaps and external stakeholder commitments.
- Assist in implementing a digital platform for carbon data management and action plan monitoring.
- Contribute to team competency development on climate issues through training programs.
- Lead the energy working group to achieve energy efficiency and decarbonization objectives.
- Track and communicate energy performance and progress in reduction/decarbonization efforts.
- Facilitate the EcoDesign taskforce, developing a roadmap for packaging with quantitative objectives.
- Support the deployment of decision-making tools and simple LCA tools for EcoDesign.
- Define golden rules and assist in stakeholder training on EcoDesign.
- Monitor glass bottle reuse/recycling initiatives and explore waste valorization solutions.
- Document regenerative practices in MH vineyards and centralize biodiversity projects.
- Enhance Moët Hennessy's water strategy alongside partners.
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably from an Agri/Agro engineering school.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong motivation for sustainable development with solid knowledge of climate and energy.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Pragmatism and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Entry-level experience is acceptable.
Master's degree or equivalent, ideally in Agri/Agro engineering.
