- Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot Bars at KaDeWe, delivering first and last impressions.
- Engage customers with the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, enhancing brand captivation.
- Warmly greet customers to inspire repeat visits.
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers to support sales targets.
- Advise, prepare, and serve drinks and food to customer specifications, ensuring service excellence.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Maintain high standards in hospitality and retail.
- Work responsibly and solution-oriented for customer and company benefit.
- Adhere to company management systems, safety guidelines, and inventory policies to minimize risks.
- Foster a positive and respectful working relationship to support team goals.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time study program.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality, or service environments is ideal.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with customers.
- High energy levels to meet the demands of a busy bar/department.
- Experience handling various payment methods.
- Commitment to providing personalized service with a positive attitude.
- Team player mentality.
Beginner-level experience is required, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality environments.
Enrollment in a full-time study program is required.
