- Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the Moët & Chandon Bar at KaDeWe, providing a memorable first and last impression by sharing the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon.
- Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers, ensuring an inviting atmosphere that encourages return visits.
- Advise, prepare, and serve beverages and accompanying dishes to customer specifications, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current promotional and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.
- Work responsibly and solution-oriented for the benefit of both the customer and the company.
- Adhere to all company management systems, safety and security policies, and inventory management guidelines to minimize risks.
- Foster a positive and respectful working relationship to support the team and achieve common goals.
- Proven experience in lifestyle hospitality (bar/lounge/restaurant/hotel) or service environment.
- Understanding of the impact of their work on the overall guest experience.
- Preferably knowledgeable about wines and spirits, with a willingness to learn about champagne.
- Ability to meet the demands of a busy bar/department with high energy levels to achieve shared sales goals.
- Experience handling various payment methods.
- Committed to delivering a sophisticated, personalized service with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Comprehensive product knowledge in wines and spirits.
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in handling payment transactions.
Minimum of 3 years in a lifestyle hospitality or service environment.
