- Serve as the face and brand ambassador of the new Moët & Chandon Bar at KaDeWe, ensuring a memorable first and last impression by sharing the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon and captivating customers with the brand.
- Warmly welcome and bid farewell to customers in a manner that encourages repeat visits.
- Advise, prepare, and serve beverages and accompanying dishes according to customer preferences, maintaining the highest standard of service.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current promotional and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and special offers.
- Operate with responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset for the benefit of both the customer and the company.
- Adhere to all corporate governance systems, safety and security policies, and inventory management guidelines to minimize risks.
- Foster a positive and respectful working relationship to support the team and achieve common goals.
- Enrollment as a student
- Experience in lifestyle hospitality (bar/lounge/restaurant/hotel) or service environment preferred
- Understanding of the impact of work on the overall guest experience
- Passion for meeting new people and strong in customer engagement to maintain long-term professional and loyal relationships
- Commitment to providing high-quality, personalized service with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a proud team player
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Entry-level experience in lifestyle hospitality or service environments is preferred.
Currently enrolled as a student.
20 hours per week with the possibility of full-time during semester breaks, flexible workday distribution, and attractive employee discounts.
