- Manage and develop cruise line accounts to drive business growth in alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at cruise line headquarters and onboard, including F&B, Beverage, and Retail departments.
- Regularly visit cruise line accounts to establish privileged relationships and ensure Moët Hennessy brands remain top-of-mind.
- Support the Cruise Lines Director with distributor management.
- Identify and develop relevant concepts and permanent programs for each account in collaboration with marketing.
- Negotiate and secure key activations to maximize brand visibility and awareness.
- Optimize brand distribution within each cruise line, diversifying the product mix.
- Expand Moët Hennessy's footprint into the luxury segment within the cruise line channel.
- Analyze the competitive environment and share key findings with the Travel Retail Director and Marketing Team.
- Support the Travel Retail Director in achieving business objectives and with forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist in customer business reviews, strategy meetings, and RFQ/RFP processes.
- Analyze monthly depletion and retail sales data per cruise line, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Compile monthly reports on depletion, retail performance, and key activities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience, preferably in on-trade, cruise lines, and/or national accounts.
- Background in wines & spirits is essential, with on-trade experience preferred.
- Proven track record in growing existing business and developing new opportunities.
- Strong drive for results and business acumen.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Multi-cultural experience and sensitivity to luxury.
- Energetic and engaged team player.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience, particularly in on-trade, cruise lines, and/or national accounts. A background in wines & spirits is essential.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred.
