Moët Hennessy Buyer — Advertising & Promotions (A&P) & POSM

- Own and implement the Moët Hennessy purchasing strategy for Advertising & Promotions (A&P) and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Nordics).
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: supplier identification, tendering, development, selection and contract execution in close collaboration with brand marketing and internal stakeholders.
- Define purchasing strategies that deliver business value beyond cost optimisation, balancing tactical savings with long-term strategic objectives.
- Benchmark suppliers and market solutions to challenge and improve cost, service levels and overall competitiveness.
- Develop, maintain and share reliable procurement reporting and KPIs to support continuous process and organisational improvements.
- Manage supplier portfolio governance and ensure full compliance with company standards.
- Support procurement for ad hoc categories (Transport & Logistics, General Expenses, IT) when required.
- Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in strategic purchasing, preferably with exposure to marketing-related categories (A&P, POSM) and tender management.
- Fluency in English and German (verbal and written).
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of delivering commercial and service improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working closely with marketing, sales and logistics teams.
- Result-oriented, rigorous planner with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong product sensitivity.

Minimum 3 years' professional experience in strategic purchasing or procurement, with demonstrable involvement in marketing/brand-related categories, supplier sourcing and tender execution. Experience interacting with internal marketing stakeholders and managing cross-border supplier relationships is highly desirable.
Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
