Moët Hennessy Business Intelligence Lead

- Consolidate, validate, and standardize Sell Through data from multiple clients and channels.
- Process and analyze market and competitive data from external providers, ensuring integration with the business vision.
- Develop reports and dashboards to illustrate performance by channel, client, category, brand, and SKU.
- Generate insights to identify business opportunities, overstock risks, and consumption trends.
- Prepare and present strategic analyses and insights to senior management and commercial/marketing teams.
- Collaborate with clients, distributors, and external providers to enhance data consistency and reliability.
- Maintain and develop dashboards in Power BI and corporate tools, ensuring data availability and usability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, or similar financial roles.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to commercial and consumer drivers.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in managing databases and ensuring data quality.
- Solid understanding of FMCG performance indicators.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Minimum of 3 years in Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, or similar financial roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
