- Support the annual budget and forecast processes, including Last Estimates and R&O, aligning with group guidelines and local strategy.
- Develop and comment on monthly financial performance reports for the management team.
- Monitor and evaluate overall business performance to ensure the quality of financial information provided to local and international management within deadlines.
- Generate and coordinate ad hoc analyses on channel, customer, or product profitability, supporting Sales Directors and the General Manager in assessing the profitability of promotions and other initiatives.
- Evaluate brand and customer investments through ROI calculations.
- Track monthly overhead and marketing expenses, organizing regular reviews to follow up on budgets.
- Monitor supply chain costs and identify improvements.
- Act as a business partner for D2C channels, including Retail, Private, and e-Business.
- Manage and develop the Business Controlling Intern/VIE.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, dashboards, reports, and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data analysis needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all platforms and systems.
- Conduct regular audits of BI tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the interpretation of data analysis results and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Champion a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of BI insights in everyday business processes.
- Assist the team in day-to-day activities and presentations, including business reviews with Region and Maisons, and respond to internal or external requests.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects focused on analysis, business reports, process simplification, and efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business, or Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controlling or Business Analyst position.
- Previous experience in an FMCG or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
- Expertise in BI tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial planning.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in common ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of Hyperion (Topaz), SAP, and Anaplan is beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills for communicating findings and recommendations to management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate data and identify potential biases or errors.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence decision-making based on data insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies in the evolving BI landscape.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controlling or Business Analyst position, preferably within an FMCG or professional services environment.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business, or Accounting.
