- Support the business steering of Marketing & Sales Directors by leading analysis, evaluation, and recommendation of the overall performance of Moët Hennessy Germany.
- Secure quality, integrity, and timing of financial forecast information through robust data analysis and support throughout the budgeting process.
- Establish, maintain, and optimize comprehensive management reports for continuous monitoring and improvement of business performance.
- Transform data into actionable insights by overseeing the development and maintenance of BI tools, databases, and analytics platforms.
- Support annual budget and forecast processes, including Last Estimates, R&O according to group guidelines and local strategy.
- Develop and comment on monthly financial performance reporting for the management team.
- Generate and coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer, or product profitability.
- Evaluate brand and customer investments through ROI calculations.
- Track monthly Overhead and Marketing expenses and organize regular reviews to follow-up budgets.
- Monitor supply chain costs and identify improvements.
- Manage and develop the Business Controlling Intern/VIE.
- Support in internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business intelligence strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, dashboards, reports, and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify their data analysis needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all platforms and systems.
- Conduct regular audits of BI tools and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the interpretation of data analysis results and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Champion a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of BI insights in everyday business processes.
- Assist the team in day-to-day activities, presentations, and ad-hoc projects on analysis, business reports, process simplification, and efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business, or Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controlling or Business Analyst position.
- Previous experience in an FMCG or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis & Modeling; BI Tools & Technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial planning.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Familiarity with common ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Hyperion (Topaz), SAP, and Anaplan.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate data and identify potential biases or errors.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence decision-making based on data insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies.
- Fluency in English; German and/or French is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controlling or Business Analyst position, preferably within an FMCG or professional services environment.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business, or Accounting.
