1. Monitor the competitive landscape and efficiency of market routes in Peru and Chile.
2. Develop a three-year strategic vision and annual business plan in collaboration with market partners.
3. Enhance brand equity and foster strong relationships with consumer partners.
4. Implement a comprehensive business development plan including financial targets and pricing strategies.
5. Optimize distribution, brand building, product launches, and trade marketing efforts.
6. Lead budget planning processes and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
7. Manage marketing plans, including budget proposals and promotional events.
8. Identify new growth opportunities and develop long-term trade partnerships.
9. Act as a Brand Ambassador and manage key customer relationships.
10. Set and review sales targets, pricing strategies, and market penetration efforts.
11. Produce sales forecasts and manage stock levels and customer demand planning.
12. Monitor product quality in the market and address counterfeiting issues.

1. Fluency in Spanish and English.
2. Minimum of 5 years in sales and commercial leadership roles within complex, multicultural environments.
3. Experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods industries is highly valued.
