- Monitor the competitive landscape and efficiency of market routes in Peru and Chile.
- Develop a three-year strategic vision and annual business plan in collaboration with market partners.
- Enhance brand equity and foster strong relationships with consumer partners.
- Implement a comprehensive business development plan including financial targets and pricing strategies.
- Optimize distribution, brand building, product launches, and trade marketing efforts.
- Lead budget planning processes and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Manage marketing plans, including budget proposals and promotional events.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop long-term trade partnerships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and manage key customer relationships.
- Set and review sales targets, pricing strategies, and market penetration efforts.
- Produce sales forecasts and manage stock levels and customer demand planning.
- Monitor product quality in the market and address counterfeiting issues.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales and commercial leadership roles within complex, multicultural environments.
- Experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods industries is highly valued.
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset.
- Strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities.
- Marketing and digital expertise with an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Ability to lead remote teams and influence others.
- Strong work ethic focused on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
