1. Support the Business Development Manager in cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across the APAC region and identifying new growth opportunities within the High Energy sector.
2. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, and Sales teams to analyze marketing ROI and develop innovative sales strategies.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data for the APAC region to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the High Energy sector.
4. Prepare monthly performance reports for branded events and contribute to the creation of Business Reviews for the High Energy sector.
5. Facilitate communication and share best practices within the High Energy community.

1. Undergraduate in Business or related fields.
2. Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and efficiently organize time, projects, and processes.
5. Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills for extracting insights from data sources such as sales reports and market research.
3. Commercial understanding of the luxury wines and spirits industry.
4. Effective communication skills for business partnering and presenting findings to cross-functional teams.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in pursuing a career in the Luxury Wines & Spirits industry is essential.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or a related field.
