1. Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
2. Consolidate financial inputs from various departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.
3. Analyze budget versus actual variances to identify risks and opportunities.
4. Maintain forecasting models in alignment with corporate guidelines.
5. Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
6. Perform variance analysis and provide insights to leadership based on financial trends.
7. Analyze cost structures to identify efficiency opportunities.
8. Monitor OPEX and CAPEX execution ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
9. Partner with departments to validate investments and evaluate ROI.
10. Support process documentation, risk identification, and implementation of internal controls.
11. Participate in internal and external audits by preparing required information.
12. Optimize reporting processes through automation using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools.
13. Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, improve accuracy, and increase agility.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

1. Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, modeling, and pivot tables.
2. Knowledge of financial statements and variance analysis.
3. Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation.
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial teams.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
8. High sense of ownership and confidentiality.
9. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

1–3+ years in controlling, FP&A, finance, accounting, or similar roles. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI) is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
