Moët Hennessy Business Controller (Apprenticeship)

Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits luxury division of the LVMH Group, encompassing a collection of prestigious Maisons producing champagne, wines and spirits. 1. Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting for Moët Hennessy executive committees and LVMH Controlling, including analysis of volumes, topline, P&L and mid-month forecasts.
2. Participate in the control and enhancement of global MH overhead expense analysis to improve understanding of structural costs.
3. Coordinate the actuals financial process and ensure clear, timely communication of instructions via the MH finance platform (My Finance Hub).
4. Support the elaboration of forecasting processes and the strategic plan through analysis and development of forecasting tools.
5. Act as subject-matter expert and administrator for financial tools: manage Magellan (reporting SharePoint) user access and instructions, administer Power BI Overheads, and support Topaz Overheads Cube (Excel add-in).
6. Deliver ad hoc analyses and studies for Top Management and other corporate departments on request.

1. MBA or master’s degree in management, finance, controlling or equivalent.
2. Excellent spoken and written French and English.
3. Strong interest in data and financial IT systems; experience with MS Office, Anaplan and Power BI.
4. Rigorous analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Autonomous, proactive, well organized, results-driven and able to meet deadlines in a cross-cultural environment.

Early-career candidate; a first professional experience in finance or controlling is advantageous but not required.
