- Participate in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive monthly financial reports to MH Executive Committee and LVMH Controlling Director, including detailed analysis of volumes, toplines, P&L, and mid-month forecasts.
- Assist in controlling global MH overhead expenses and enhance overhead analysis for a deeper understanding of structural costs.
- Coordinate 'actuals' financial processes, ensuring clear communication and adherence to instructions on the MH Finance platform 'My Finance Hub'.
- Support the team in the elaboration of forecast processes and strategic planning through analysis and development of relevant tools.
- Act as the subject matter expert for financial tools such as Magellan, Power BI Overheads, and Topaz Overheads Cube, managing instructions and user access.
- Support controllers with analysis and ad hoc studies for top management and other MH corporate departments.
- MBA or master's degree in management, finance, or controlling, or equivalent.
- A first experience in finance or controlling is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Anaplan, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
- Autonomous, proactive, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A first experience in finance or controlling is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
MBA or master's degree in management, finance, or controlling, or equivalent.
