- Consolidate and report on business performance using both external and internal data, collaborating with the Sales team to identify actions to meet budgetary goals.
- Manage monthly sell-out data, maintain Power BI inputs, and conduct sales analysis to understand variances.
- Analyze the performance of new product launches and limited editions, providing actionable insights to the Sales team.
- Utilize industry reports to contextualize sales performance and forecast trends.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in monthly sales and business reports.
- Update and reconcile the Open to Buy (OTB) plan with forecasts, addressing potential stock issues.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, assisting the Sales team with sell-out and sell-in forecasts, OTB plans, and P&L management.
- Review and upload volume forecasts by customer and SKU, including monthly phasing into the system.
- Perform P&L simulations during the budgeting process and monitor spending against budgets.
- Review price lists for assortment harmonization and investigate pricing discrepancies.
- Track actual spending versus approved investments in collaboration with Store Projects and Finance.
- Support day-to-day business operations, including monitoring shipment plans, processing orders, and managing account receivables.
- Assist in the preparation of customer business reviews and ad-hoc business proposals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business analysis role.
- Strong understanding of large brand business operations.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Power BI, and Qlik.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ambitious and driven with a high energy level and positive mindset.
- Solution and action-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business analysis role.
