1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports aligned with sales and financial analysis.
2. Conduct performance analysis against forecasts and previous years to identify variances.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure robust financial tracking and reporting.
4. Support sales volume and revenue planning by coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.
5. Monitor product allocations across distribution channels as per forecasts.
6. Enhance and develop MS Power BI tools for sales and inventory analysis.
7. Ensure robust processes for wholesaler depletion management.
8. Manage pricing updates and exceptions for customers.
9. Administer commercial contract management processes.
10. Ensure internal control procedures are integrated and streamlined.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Entry-level experience in finance or related fields is required.
