Business Analyst

1. Prepare monthly performance reports including Volume, Revenue, Variance Analysis, PnL, and Mid-month forecast.
2. Prepare quarterly overheads reports.
3. Develop and maintain Excel files for Forecasting, Risk & Opportunities, Budget, and Strategic Planning processes.
4. Prepare monthly Overhead analysis of the EMEA headquarters.
5. Consolidate quarterly cash reports and prepare key comments based on market feedback.
6. Maintain reporting and consolidation files regularly.
7. Manipulate and visualize big data sets using tools like Power BI and QlikSense.
8. Improve existing internal reports for efficiency.
9. Provide ad-hoc analysis of business results for different stakeholders.
10. Prepare content for review meetings with the Business Controller and Director.

1. Previous work experience in Finance or Commercial Data Analysis required
2. University degree or Business School and/or Academic degree in Business Analytics or Data Science
3. Understanding of basic accounting principles
4. Right to work in the UK

1. Proficiency in Excel
2. Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or ANAPLAN
3. Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA, R or Python is preferred
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Strong motivation and ability to take initiative
7. Accuracy and strong attention to detail
8. Action and result-oriented

Beginner level experience in Finance or Commercial Data Analysis.

University degree or Business School and/or Academic degree in Business Analytics or Data Science.
