- Support sales volume and revenue planning by coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor product allocations across distribution channels according to forecasts.
- Serve as a reference for Private Clients and E-business channels, providing analysis and forecasts.
- Maintain reports on QlikSense and support FP&A team with Topaz usage.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of MS Power BI tools.
- Ensure robust processes for managing sell-in and sell-out depletions, including data reconciliation.
- Manage pricing updates and monitor exceptions for customer pricing.
- Administer commercial contract management processes, including funds to trade and A&P commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for sales and financial analysis.
- Perform variance analysis against budget and prior year to identify causes.
- Support Marketing department in tracking and analyzing monthly spend.
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with a foundational understanding of finance and business analysis.
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
