1. Support sales volume and revenue planning by coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.
2. Monitor product allocations across distribution channels according to forecasts.
3. Serve as a reference for Private Clients and E-business channels, providing analysis and forecasts.
4. Maintain reports on QlikSense and support FP&A team with Topaz usage.
5. Contribute to the development and enhancement of MS Power BI tools.
6. Ensure robust processes for managing sell-in and sell-out depletions, including data reconciliation.
7. Manage pricing updates and monitor exceptions for customer pricing.
8. Administer commercial contract management processes, including funds to trade and A&P commitments.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for sales and financial analysis.
10. Perform variance analysis against budget and prior year to identify causes.
11. Support Marketing department in tracking and analyzing monthly spend.

1. Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Good business and financial acumen.
3. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL.
