- Support sales volumes and revenue planning by coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor product allocations across distribution channels as per forecasts.
- Serve as a reference for Private Clients and E-business channels, providing analysis and forecasts.
- Maintain reports on QlikSense and support FP&A team with Topaz usage.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of MS Power BI tools.
- Ensure processes are in place for managing sell-in and sell-out depletions, including data reconciliation.
- Manage pricing and trade price administration by sales channel.
- Administer commercial contract management processes, including tracking funds to trade and A&P commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports aligned with sales and financial analysis.
- Perform variance analysis against budget and prior year, identifying causes.
- Support marketing department in tracking and analyzing monthly spend.
- Ensure internal control procedures are integrated and streamline business processes.
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
Beginner level experience in a relevant field is required.
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related discipline.
