- Lead brand development and strategic planning across all touchpoints in Switzerland and Austria.
- Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Develop annual and three-year brand plans aligned with sales, financial targets, and global strategies.
- Communicate brand strategies internally and influence the commercial agenda.
- Develop research programs to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Align local strategies with global ambitions in collaboration with Maison counterparts.
- Collect and analyze business and consumer perception data to support strategy.
- Set objectives with On & Off-trade sales teams and develop plans for channels and key accounts.
- Promote the brand with Private Sales teams and develop brand activations.
- Define PR objectives, develop strategies, and set KPIs.
- Collaborate with media agencies to develop and implement media plans.
- Manage A&P budget, ensuring optimal spending allocation and monthly reporting.
- Regularly report and analyze brand performance and key KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance/controlling teams on forecasts and allocations.
- Stay updated with competitor activity across the marketing mix.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury or drink industry.
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Structured and methodological approach.
- Proactive leadership and innovation management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to develop relationships and influence at senior levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for creativity and innovation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and event management, preferably within the luxury or drink industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
