- Lead brand development and strategic planning across all touchpoints in Switzerland and Austria.
- Monitor and adjust brand plans to align with sales and financial targets.
- Develop annual and three-year brand plans in accordance with global strategies.
- Communicate and influence the commercial agenda through brand strategies.
- Design research programs to meet sales and profit objectives.
- Align local strategies with global goals in collaboration with Maison counterparts.
- Utilize business and consumer perception data to support strategic initiatives.
- Set objectives with sales teams and develop channel-specific plans.
- Promote the brand through Private Sales teams and implement brand activations.
- Define PR objectives and develop media strategies in collaboration with agencies.
- Oversee creative and production agency work, including budget management.
- Implement brand events and collaborate on digital marketing plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for Maison and manage A&P budget.
- Report and analyze brand performance and collaborate on financial forecasts.
- Engage with customer service and logistics teams.
- Stay informed on competitor activities across the marketing mix.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury or drink industry.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Structured and methodological approach to brand management.
- Proactive leadership and innovation management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Project management expertise.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Affinity for the wines and spirits category.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the luxury or drink industry.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
