Responsibilities
- Lead brand development and plans across all touchpoints in Switzerland and Austria.
- Track results and adjust plans as needed.
- Develop annual and three-year brand plans aligned with brand, sales, and financial targets, and global strategies.
- Communicate brand strategies internally and influence the commercial agenda.
- Develop research programs to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Align local strategies with global ambitions in collaboration with Maison counterparts.
- Collect and use business and consumer perception data to support strategy with the Strategic Insights Manager.
- Set objectives with On & Off-trade sales teams and develop plans for channels and key accounts.
- Promote the brand with Private Sales teams.
- Develop, implement, and control brand activations.
- Lead transversal topics related to the portfolio when relevant.
- Define PR objectives, develop strategies/activations, and set KPIs.
- Work with media agencies to develop and implement media plans aligned with Maison.
- Brief creative/production agencies, set budgets, oversee execution, and evaluate results.
- Implement brand events supporting brand platforms.
- Collaborate with the digital team to develop and execute a digital marketing plan.
- Serve as the key point of contact for Maison.
- Manage A&P budget, ensuring optimal spending allocation and monthly reporting.
- Regularly report and analyze brand performance and key KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance/controlling teams on forecasts and allocations.
- Work with customer service and logistics teams.
- Stay updated with competitor activity across the marketing mix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level education
- Luxury industry experience, drink industry experience is a plus
- Strong brand and event management experience (minimum 4 years of experience)
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand and event management, preferably in the luxury or drink industry.
