Moët Hennessy Brand Manager

- Develop strategic marketing direction based on consumer insights for marketing, consumer connection, and PR/communication plans for each brand.
- Maximize brand BTL strategy and activate business volume goals in alignment with growth plans, including a 5-year plan.
- Manage brand ATL strategy, including media, PR, events, influencers, and networking, ensuring alignment with brand ambitions and key messages.
- Create synergy between ATL and BTL strategies to maximize impact.
- Serve as the brand ambassador to Maison/HQ office/regional office, coordinating between departments and key stakeholders to enhance business and brand portfolio value.
- Lead the development and implementation of annual and mid-term brand plans, promotional plans, and trade activation strategies.
- Collaborate with the media team to optimize the annual media plan and manage media partnerships.
- Analyze market and consumer trends in collaboration with the market intelligence team.
- Collaborate with the PR team for effective communication with Maison, media, journalists, and agencies.
- Identify relevant influencers for brand amplification plans based on events and product launches.
- Implement the Brand Building Investment (BBI) plan in trade in collaboration with the Commercial Excellence team.
- Leverage trade and consumer feedback to inform future action points.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Over 7-8 years of professional experience in marketing or business development.
- 5-7 years of brand management experience in consumer goods or luxury brands with budget management responsibility.
- Proven experience in luxury marketing with an understanding of luxury brands.
- Experience in an international environment is beneficial.
- Experience in consumer communication and public relations management.
- Experience in event planning and execution, specializing in handling PR/event agencies.
- Experience in digital communication.
- Maintaining good relations with media representatives.
- Interest in and understanding of the wines and spirits industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in an international and diverse environment, proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with an understanding of brand management.
- Understanding of brand building within a luxury context.
