Moët Hennessy Brand Manager
Moët Hennessy, a prestigious entity within the LVMH conglomerate, is renowned for its unparalleled portfolio of luxury wines and spirits. - Develop and execute marketing strategies for spirits and wines, including brands such as Hennessy, Sir Davis, Belvedere, and Wine Estates portfolio.
- Implement Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) strategies to meet volume and revenue targets in line with brand plans.
- Collaborate with media and PR teams to create digital, PR, and event plans to enhance brand desirability and engagement.
- Work with customer marketing teams to develop execution plans for both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the brand with Maison, HQ, and regional offices, ensuring coordination across departments and stakeholders.
- Lead the development and implementation of annual and mid-term brand plans, promotional plans, and trade activations.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in collaboration with the Market Intelligence team.
- Manage Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budgets and investments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the luxury goods sector, preferably in wines and spirits.
- Strong strategic marketing and brand management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and consumer insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in brand management, ideally within the luxury wines and spirits industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
