- Develop comprehensive brand plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Create and present strategic plans with clear objectives based on thorough market analysis.
- Enhance brand image and consumer perception through effective performance measurement tools.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to drive trade activation and manage sales communication cycles.
- Evaluate trade activation effectiveness and develop recommendations for future activities.
- Manage promotional packs and POSM, ensuring adherence to deadlines and shipment schedules.
- Oversee A&P and POSM expenditure, maintaining budgetary compliance.
- Establish pricing strategies for new products and manage existing portfolio pricing.
- Drive innovation and product development in partnership with the Maison team for the Australian market.
- Coordinate with external agencies for media, digital, event, and PR activities.
- Conduct regular brand performance analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare monthly brand, trade, and business review reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in resolving supply chain issues through sales forecasting and collaboration.
- Degree in Marketing or Business with Marketing electives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management.
- Proven track record in above-the-line and below-the-line marketing execution.
- Familiarity with the luxury goods market, preferably with wine/spirits experience.
- Creative and strategic thinking.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in brand management, with a successful track record in both above-the-line and below-the-line execution. Experience in the luxury goods market, particularly in wine or spirits, is preferred.
Degree in Marketing or Business with Marketing electives.
