- Execute marketing activation to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to develop brand activation plans.
- Analyze market trends and activation results to propose growth strategies.
- Oversee project management to ensure timely completion.
- Develop annual marketing plans under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Monitor and control pricing, trade offers, and A&P spends to achieve brand contribution.
- Collaborate with sales to forecast sales and maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor brand performance through field visits and research.
- Submit budget and LE data with the finance team.
- Manage external agencies to align with brand objectives and implement activities.
- Monitor and evaluate advertising and promotion spend.
- Participate in key account contract negotiations.
- 5 to 7 years of marketing experience in luxury consumer goods or FMCG.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits preferred.
- Experience in brand events and media buying preferred.
- Experience in consumer-facing initiatives targeting luxury consumers.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Detail-oriented with an appreciation for luxury.
- Motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Project management capabilities.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
