- Support the Marketing Manager in developing a comprehensive annual and three-year brand plan, aligning with global strategies and defining strategic choices to meet brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Insights Team to maintain awareness of brand health, consumer insights, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor brand performance using sales, financial, market, and consumer data, recommending appropriate actions as needed.
- Curate elevated local experiences inspired by global brand platforms, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and purpose.
- Collaborate with Sales and Communications Teams to develop integrated, culturally relevant 360 communication strategies.
- Manage brand A&P budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management, including administration of invoices and budget trackers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand to trade partners, press, VIPs, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of strong brand management experience in the premium/luxury goods sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive for innovation.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and experience collaborating with internal and external teams.

A minimum of 5 years in brand management within the premium or luxury goods sector is required.
