Responsibilities
- Prepare annual brand plans for Chandon & Spirits category in alignment with the Marketing Director.
- Localize and adapt Maison's plans to market consumers.
- Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to recommend key strategies for the category.
- Lead implementation of communication, partnership, PR, trade activation, and event activities.
- Develop, plan, and measure consumer programs for the brands.
- Communicate new product information prior to launch.
- Support and coordinate with Trade Marketing and commercial teams for activations.
- Manage inventory and flow of brand POSM tools.
- Deliver and exceed brand financial objectives.
- Manage A&P for Chandon & Spirits, including creation of POs and tracking expenses.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and prepare reports for senior management.
- Lead and review POS and promo inventory levels.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure healthy inventory levels and manage slow-moving SKUs.
- Drive communication and brand education within the business.
- Liaise with external parties for promotions and materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in the retail channel.
- Experience in the luxury industry is desirable.
Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute plans.
- Consumer-centric and detail-oriented.
- Creative thinker with solution orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
