- Develop and implement annual brand plans for Chandon & Spirits in alignment with the Marketing Director, focusing on consumer insights and market analysis.
- Lead the execution of communication, partnership, PR, trade activation, and event activities.
- Manage the dissemination of new product information, ensuring timely communication of details such as pricing and availability.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and commercial teams to deliver top-tier trade activations.
- Oversee brand POSM tools inventory and flow.
- Achieve and exceed brand financial objectives, managing A&P budgets and reporting discrepancies.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews and prepare reports for senior management and Maison representatives.
- Optimize POS and promotional inventory levels in collaboration with the Logistics team.
- Enhance brand communication and education within the organization and liaise with external agencies for promotional activities.
- Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, with retail channel experience preferred.
- Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute plans.
- Detail-oriented with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG and the luxury industry.
