- Support the operational follow-up and daily market requests, including assistance to markets and embassies.
- Draft monthly market activation reports for Maison reporting and management.
- Prepare and support the organization of various events and Maison representations, such as market visits and tastings.
- Participate in the animation of the product range by implementing sales support tools, activation programs, and service rituals.
- Manage the design and development of Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
- Supervise internal tools for brand promotion and orders, both internally and in markets.
- Contribute to content creation, including photos and videos.
- Assist in the conception, production, and deployment of events, such as trade shows and American dates.
- Manage internal brand communication and events, including newsletters and master classes.
- Lead the Advocacy program, managing its implementation across different markets.
- Support brand ambassadors in various countries and contribute to the brand's educational platform.
- Assist in logistics by supporting WhistlePig USA and Moët Hennessy teams in delivery tracking and forecasting of bottles and POSM.
- Manage internal needs for bottles and POSM.
- Previous internship in brand management or business development, ideally abroad.
- Proven ability to work in a team and motivate others.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interest in spirits.
