- Assist in the development and execution of 360° marketing launch strategies and tools for 2025 to 2026, focusing on brands such as Hennessy, Krug, Wine Estates, and Rosé brands.
- Support the creation and implementation of innovative consumer experiences in boutiques and pop-ups.
- Aid regional marketing teams in Asia Pacific, Europe, Americas, and the Middle East with activations, consumer experiences, retail merchandising, and sustainable retail programs.
- Provide guidance for the qualitative implementation of promotional and sales plans.
- Collaborate with Maison counterparts for strategic alignment, marketing program development, and business analysis.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of annual 360° strategic marketing plans.
- Support the delivery of the annual business plan for regional sales teams.
- Contribute to central communication efforts through newsletters and social channels.
- Utilize business intelligence tools such as PowerBI to monitor and analyze sales data by brand, channel, region, and retailer.
- Support analysis and reporting efforts, including monthly consolidations, business reviews, and launch reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, trends, and gather creative intelligence.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent at a Master's level (Bac+5).
- Extensive understanding of marketing and brand management concepts.
- Previous internship experience in marketing and luxury environments, with experience working with external agencies as a plus.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Passion for luxury brands, particularly in the wines and spirits sector.
- International experience through studies or previous internships.
- Interest or knowledge in Asian culture.
- Ability to work in a highly complex and fast-paced international environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and rigorous approach to tasks.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internships in marketing or luxury environments.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
