- Support the Global Brand Manager in defining and deploying digital and brand content strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of creative concepts for brand campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with established artistic and editorial direction.
- Assist in the design and development of brand visual assets, including moodboards, storyboards, and project management for photo/video shoots.
- Develop engaging content and educational tools for new products, coordinating visual elements and marketing materials.
- Implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating monthly editorial calendars and assets.
- Create impactful native platform assets (reels, carousels, photos) for social media in collaboration with agencies.
- Manage community interactions including comments, reposts, likes, and direct messages.
- Monitor social media trends and innovations to propose creative communication ideas.
- Support public relations efforts by creating content and liaising with media for brand events.
- Contribute to CSR content production across various platforms, highlighting the brand's initiatives.
- Minimum Bac +4 in communication or a creative equivalent.
- Previous experience in communication or agency work.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a deep understanding of their dynamics.
- Excellent digital content creation skills, both visual and editorial, with strong storytelling abilities.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt the brand's tone of voice for engaging captions.
- Competence in digital performance reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative, Canva); video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong command of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Adaptability and proactivity in a dynamic work environment.
Beginner level experience in communication or agency settings.
Minimum Bac +4 in communication or equivalent creative field.
