- Lead the development of an annual brand plan aligned with global strategy, supported by defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Prestige to influence Maison strategies and align UK strategic direction.
- Maintain awareness of consumer insights and trends, translating them into actionable strategies.
- Ensure brand distribution across strategic channels in the UK, identifying growth opportunities.
- Scout for new commercial opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with Commercial Planning and Revenue Growth Management to identify revenue opportunities.
- Monitor inventory and ensure a smooth supply chain in collaboration with the Demand & Supply Planner.
- Curate local experiences that resonate with the brand DNA, delivering excellence from concept to evaluation.
- Develop and execute consumer-centric activities that drive sales and visibility.
- Oversee POSM orders and manage inventory strategically.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in luxury product marketing or related industries
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, passionate, and creative with a drive for innovation
- Proactive and solution-driven with perseverance and resilience
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Passion for luxury products and the dynamic UK cultural scene
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the UK
- WSET Level 2/3 or relevant sommelier/trade experience is a plus
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.
