- Lead the development of annual brand plans, aligning with global and Maison strategies to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Spirits to influence strategic direction and ensure alignment with UK market needs.
- Maintain awareness of consumer insights and market trends, translating them into actionable strategies.
- Ensure brand distribution across strategic channels, with a focus on on-trade growth.
- Identify new commercial opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with Commercial Planning and Revenue Growth Management to optimize revenue and profit opportunities.
- Monitor inventory and ensure a seamless supply chain in collaboration with Demand & Supply Planning teams.
- Curate local brand experiences that reflect global brand platforms and resonate with the brand's DNA.
- Develop and execute consumer-centric activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with trade partners, media, and VIPs.
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on brand values and product knowledge.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend strategic actions based on data analysis.
- Manage brand A&P budget, ensuring effective financial oversight and reporting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Maison and global teams.
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in spirits marketing or the UK drinks industry
- Expertise in brand strategy development within a commercial context
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation
- Proactive and solution-oriented with strong perseverance
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Passion for spirits and the UK bar scene
