- Cultivate long-term advocacy among the sommelier and chef community to enhance brand presence in key gastronomy, hotel, and select retail accounts.
- Deliver compelling brand storytelling and product education, facilitating engaging tasting experiences.
- Adapt presentation style to various audiences, ensuring effective communication of key brand messages.
- Identify and pursue commercial opportunities for Moët Hennessy Champagnes & Wines in terms of distribution, trade activation, and visibility.
- Tailor recommendations of Champagnes & Wines from the Moët Hennessy portfolio to suit specific accounts and occasions.
- Support the sales team in securing new listings and expanding trade activation.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations for external audiences, including clients, partners, and at industry events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as tastings, workshops, and product launches, and conduct post-event evaluations.
- Enhance digital presence with relevant and high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive brand advocacy and membership programs within the sommelier and chef network.
- Manage and monitor allocated A&P spending budget.
- Contribute to the implementation of global programs in the Korean market and support new product and innovation projects.
- Develop brand training toolkits and POSM materials, and support cross-channel activation opportunities.
- Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on results and trends.
- Ensure customers recommend and serve Moët Hennessy brands as intended.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
- Strong wine knowledge, WSET Level 3 preferred
- Excellent understanding of the luxury brand business
- Experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or category management required
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset
- Creative thinking and flexibility to multitask and handle pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills for team and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proactive, highly motivated, and energetic
- Attention to detail and results-oriented
- Fluency in Korean and English
Minimum of 5 years in related fields, with a strong emphasis on wine knowledge and luxury brand business.
