Moët Hennessy Brand Activation & Retail Assistant Manager

- Support the implementation of brand activations across European markets.
- Act as the key contact with external agencies.
- Coordinate on-site implementation and deployment.
- Centralize KPIs and best practices related to activations.
- Create guidelines to support activation deployment in markets.
- Oversee the design and development of POSM, including in-store visibility and bartender accessories.
- Serve as a key contact with internal development teams.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and production tracking of POSM.
- Supervise the creation of an internal newsletter for markets.
- Oversee the new internal site for market communication.
- Gather and collect best practices from each market.
- Manage expense reports for the Managing Director of Eminente.
- Handle bottle and POSM orders for internal requests.
- Support the team with daily logistical needs.
- Enter invoices into the budget tracking system for the Marketing & Communication team.
- Eligibility for a Bac +2 to Bac +5 program (degree completed or in progress).
- Native or fluent proficiency in French and English.
- Passion for spirits and the beverage industry.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and proactivity.
- Willingness to learn and contribute.
- Organizational skills.
- Previous internship in administrative management, project management, or F&B required.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Comfortable with Outlook and SharePoint.
Beginner level experience required, preferably with a previous internship in administrative management, project management, or F&B.
Eligibility for a Bac +2 to Bac +5 program (degree completed or in progress).
