Moët Hennessy Associate Manager, Trade Marketing - Spirits

- Collaborate with Brand teams to translate brand strategy into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines for both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Develop core brand commercial program ideas and best-in-class point of sale materials for activations and events.
- Create and update sell sheets and selling materials for sales teams and distributors, highlighting heritage, craftsmanship, and product portfolio.
- Engage and oversee third-party agencies for material creation and ideation.
- Work closely with Field Marketing team to support program details and material availability, including Maison and winemaker visits.
- Collaborate with Customer Programming Leads to ensure subchannel playbooks align with brand strategy.
- Incorporate consumer trends into selling materials through collaboration with Consumer Insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
- Strong business/commercial strategy experience.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol and three-tier system is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with information systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.
Minimum of 3 years in marketing or creative marketing within the wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
