- Assist in identifying local opportunities for assigned brands within the designated area.
- Support the localization and adaptation of brand programming to meet specific market, account, and distributor needs.
- Manage brand programming activities, collect data for ROI analysis, and contribute to the development of local activity recaps.
- Collaborate with Brand Teams and Market Sales teams to generate local programming ideas and provide logistical and administrative support.
- Manage the A&P budget by tracking expenditures and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Serve as a liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Teams, ensuring alignment on sales and brand equity goals.
- Utilize competitive intelligence research to identify new account opportunities.
- Coordinate with Distributors & Commercial Sales for Brand/Maison visits to ensure strategic alignment.
- Assist in the management of Local POSM in partnership with Account Leads.
- Prepare for and participate in GSMs & distributor meetings.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers and local influencers.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, & customer/consumer expectations.
- Refined organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects.
- Ability to create partnerships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet organizational goals.
Minimum of 3 years in trade marketing or creative marketing within the wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
