- Coordinate and execute regional brand events and local activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guidelines.
- Manage all logistical elements, including venue arrangements, catering, entertainment, and third-party setups.
- Ensure distributor fulfillment of product requests for activations.
- Report program execution outcomes and ROIs to the Brand Activation & Experiences Area Lead.
- Provide local digital and social assets for events in collaboration with the digital team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing, and Brand Teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Account Managers, Channel Leads, Market Leads, and Key Accounts.
- Support the planning and execution of Winemaker/Maison visits in the local area.
- Act as an ambassador for MHUSA, identifying opportunities to enhance market presence.
- Present on-site during events to ensure seamless operations and address immediate needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Deep knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
A minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries, with a focus on activation and event coordination.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
