- Support the development and execution of brand activations and programming in alignment with brand vision.
- Coordinate all production elements and collaborate with third-party agencies for event execution.
- Report outcomes and learnings to enhance future activation effectiveness.
- Assist with regional brand events and local activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guidelines.
- Coordinate execution elements such as venues, catering, and entertainment for activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Account Owners, Channel Leads, and Trade Marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Account Managers and Key Accounts.
- Activate non-premise local events in partnership with Brand Teams and Field Trade Marketing Teams.
- Support planning and execution of Winemaker/Maison visits.
- Act as an ambassador for Moët Hennessy USA, embodying the values of the Maison.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
- Experience in activation and/or event coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Refined communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills and proactive mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Deep knowledge of MHUSA portfolio and brand guidelines.
Minimum 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required.
