- Support the development of U.S. American Whiskey portfolio marketing strategies in collaboration with senior brand directors.
- Create compelling presentations and tools to ensure internal and external buy-in.
- Track and optimize brand KPIs and performance metrics in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive environment and market dynamics.
- Support the execution of brand programs and activations based on consumer insights and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with trade marketing to develop luxury POSM and brand assets.
- Partner with finance to understand brand volume and profit goals.
- Oversee brand A&P in MAP and ensure alignment with reporting targets.
- Support the implementation of allocation, pricing, and channel strategies.
- Manage relationships with agencies, distributors, and third-party stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits.
- Strong command of luxury trends and U.S. culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Ability to adapt to various work styles and preferences.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors.
Minimum of 3 years in brand marketing, preferably within the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
