- Support the development of U.S. Single Malt portfolio marketing strategies in collaboration with senior brand directors and managers.
- Create compelling presentations and tools to ensure internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Track and optimize brand KPIs and performance metrics in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics within the Super Premium whiskey segment.
- Support the execution of 360-degree brand programs and activations based on consumer insights and brand strategy.
- Oversee execution of brand programs in collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders.
- Define strategic briefs for creative agencies to develop consumer and trade marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to design luxury POSM and brand assets for consumer engagement.
- Partner with Finance to understand brand volume and profit goals, ensuring alignment with reporting targets.
- Manage brand A&P in MAP and oversee financial processes including purchase orders and invoicing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Strong command of luxury trends and U.S. culture.
- High level of execution with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
- Ability to adapt to various work styles and preferences.
- Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Experience managing agencies and third-party vendors.
- Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
