- Drive the execution of Hennessy marketing programs and activations to support volume and profit targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align Hennessy’s programming with company marketing objectives.
- Contribute to annual U.S. marketing priorities and support 'big idea' development for key programs.
- Develop 'Best in Class' social media and content guidelines with the Maison and Consumer Engagement team.
- Assist with the annual brand planning process in collaboration with various internal teams.
- Manage the brand’s A&P deployment strategy to ensure budget alignment with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and BTL agency to develop luxury POS materials and brand assets.
- Partner with regional and national teams to ensure program execution aligns with luxury brand messaging.
- Oversee the management of programming KPIs with Finance and Strategy teams.
- Lead 'Always On' On Premise programming for Hennessy, developing programs for priority channels.
- Maintain strong relationships internally and externally to optimize planning and execution processes.
- Manage relationships with agency partners and third-party stakeholders to ensure brand objectives are met.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen with budget management expertise.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Time management, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Photoshop is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in brand marketing, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods or luxury sector. Experience in wines and spirits is advantageous.
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
