Moët Hennessy Associate Accounting Manager

- Oversee the General Accounting function, ensuring accuracy in legal-entity accounting, including entries, accruals, and deferrals.
- Conduct ongoing reviews of the general ledger and accounting data, advising management on key issues and necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor and participate in sales flow and purchasing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Act as a liaison between internal, intercompany, and third-party stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Generate and verify financial reports as part of the monthly closing process, preparing recurring and ad hoc analyses.
- Propose and prepare journal entries for reclassifications or corrections related to T&E, ensuring timely resubmission and approval of expense reports.
- Ensure invoices are processed through the workflow, preparing and tracking payments for review and release.
- Handle vendor statement reconciliations, resolving past due issues, and ensuring all invoices are received and processed.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong systems knowledge and acumen
- Extremely organized
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Highly adaptable with the ability to set and adjust priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in SAP and Concur preferred
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required, with experience in the wines and spirits industry considered advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree required.
