Moët Hennessy Assistant Program Manager Intern

- Assist in the coordination of information flow between Maisons, Markets, LVMH, TAG Heuer, Louis Vuitton, and Formula 1 teams.
- Prepare and update project management tools such as presentations, timelines, and reports to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Support the preparation and execution of 360° brand activations, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate logistical aspects with F1 contacts and local markets.
- Draft and deliver race reports, highlighting key results and learnings.
- Oversee the production and distribution of brand content and internal communication tools.
- Assist in the preparation of VIP/VIC dossiers and manage hospitality logistics.
- Contribute to post-Grand Prix reports and maintain reporting documents.
- Support the creation of dashboards to track performance and measure impact.
- Current student in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, events, communication, or luxury industries is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital monitoring and analytics platforms.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Beginner level experience in relevant fields such as project management, events, communication, or luxury industries is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management, or a related field.
The position offers a 75% reimbursement of the public transportation pass and a 50% contribution to meal vouchers.
