1. Cultivate and manage relationships with specialized retailer accounts, developing and executing sales strategies.
2. Establish strategic partnerships with retailer partners, co-creating joint business plans to enhance brand visibility.
3. Curate bespoke dining experiences and immersive events for key partners to drive growth and uphold strategic priorities.
4. Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights.
5. Maintain exceptional standards for retail excellence, overseeing transactions, merchandising, and activations.
6. Lead the development and supervision of annual promotion plans, assessing their effectiveness and ensuring consistency.

1. Relevant experience in off-premise sales and key account management in a multicultural business environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in FMCG, consumer goods, hospitality, or luxury goods industries.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and build strong partner relationships.

1. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
