- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Sales Ambassadors, focusing on brand storytelling, product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
- Design and implement training programs for Sales Ambassador conferences and learning events, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on brand heritage, product details, and retail selling techniques, providing expert guidance on tasting ceremonies and event food pairings.
- Liaise with Maisons to organize educational hosting programs and build strong relationships with external stakeholders to deploy education tools effectively.
- Analyze consumer behaviors and industry trends to enhance in-store customer experience and drive sales performance.
- Manage and optimize the MH Learning digital platform for efficient onboarding and continuous employee development.
- Develop a Train the Trainer program for local Sales Ambassadors to ensure consistent high-quality training across the region.
- Participate in seminars, regional meetings, and events to represent and promote luxury products.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve training content and delivery methods, tracking KPIs to measure training impact.
- Support CRM and clienteling initiatives by enhancing customer relationship management skills.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training delivery, facilitation, and content development.
- Experience in the travel retail or retail industry, with a focus on luxury wines and spirits.
- Holder of Level 2 Wines & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) or higher.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
- Highly motivated with a growth mindset and strategic thinking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Digital savvy with an understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training delivery, facilitation, and content development within the travel retail or retail industry, specifically in luxury wines and spirits.
Level 2 Wines & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) or higher.
